And this is the lovely camera with which I took the above picture!
It's my new Sony Powershot SD1300 IS, in pastel pink, of course. We all know how I love my pink. For those of you who care, it's 12.1 mp, has image stabilization, face detection, auto/manual options, and does hd video. Supposedly. I've tried the video but as far as I can see, it's only got 2 options: 640x480 and the smaller one that's somewhere in the 300's. I should know this, because of my journalism and video background and all, but I don't. And I just don't care.
I wanted a point and shoot that was easy to use, quick to get out and get that cool shot, and put it away before it gets stolen. And quick to find the options, if I didn't want to do an auto picture. And this is that camera. The fact that it came in pink just makes it even cooler. :)
