Another Amazing Trip In the Works

I've decided to take myself to Australia at the end of this year's teaching contract, which won't be until the end of April. It's five and a half months away, but that's nothing. It's a trip that's been over 20 years in the making - and I'm not even 30 yet! I turn 30 in June, and this will be one hell of a birthday present.

It's early yet, but among other things, I'm planning to climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge (assuming my legs can overcome my fear of heights and actually do it), tour the iconic Sydney Opera House (a structure I've recreated various times in all forms art), set foot on Bondi Beach, and tour Ayers Rock. Maybe I'll even get to make friends with a kangaroo.

The countdown and adventure planning begins! Australia, I'll see you soon!
